Dream, Girl and Dream Big!

NAWBO has been promoting entrepreneurship by showing Dream, Girl, a documentary about several women who have started their own companies. The first screening was at Miami Dade College, InterAmerican Campus, on March 9. It was followed by a panel discussion moderated by Jody Johnson of Action Coach; panelists included Joanis Duran of Nomad Tribe, Hyacinth Henderson of the Henderson Financial Group, Gail Hamilton of Lemon City Ice Tea, and Leslie Marenco of Marenco Williams Padron, PL. We'll show the film again on Thursday, March 30, at Venture Cafe, 1951 NW 7th Avenue, to entrepreneurs and whoever is interested in seeing it. The panel discussion will follow the film. It's free but you need to register here.
